I ordered a double hamburger #4 and I got a burger with a single patty for the price of a double hamburger. I never got reimbursed the difference. Shame on you @JackBox

Sour cream and ranch is their unicorn but they hvlave all the time in the world. Oh yea where's my receipt? .?. Wait I never got one. That pretty much sums it up

Not much hospitality, shouldnt expect it from a fast food place. Clean location fast service

This Jack and Boxs takes forever to get order and the drive threw person is very rude

I went by there today, 1/19/15. Ordering was a snap and they have the friendliest staff I've encountered so far. The food was delicious as always! The young man at the window even asked if I wanted a spoon for my milkshake which I thought was very considerate of him. Gotta appreciate the little things!
