After 8am on Thursday morning and the dining room is closed. Its probably not the employees as it is the ownership, but who knows,,,

Food:

This was the worst experience ever! We walked in at 11:35 and waited for someone to even acknowledge us to take our order which was at 11:47. We then waited for 30 minutes for a carry out order. The staff was in no rush to get food out and didn't seem to care how long customers waited. We witnessed someone get their burger messed up twice, someone got their order skipped over, and finally orders deleted without anyone actually getting food. Whenever we asked for a refund at 12:14, the staff was shocked and then tried to find our food or where our order went. When we watched our order get deleted from the board. I will never go to this location again. Our expectation is low for this location, but it has never been this bad.

My God! I will never eat here again. I repeated my order 4 damn times! I didn't even continue trying, I just walked out... I think it was because I was in uniform and they don't like cops... All my LEO buddies should avoid this place like the plague.

Place is a joke. Saw several employees behind the counter and 3 were playing on their phones. No one bothered to look at me while I tried getting someone's attention. Ended up walking out after a female employee rolled her eyes at me. It's like Beavis and Butthead plus 4 people equally as stupid working here.

It's sad that this place continues to ruin our appetite by bad service and always out of products my office is in walking distance but this place is so terrible I'm not coming back last time I was gone for months now never only person here seems to care and her name was ginger all others failed 18 minutes stuck in middle of drive thru
