If I could give this location no stars I would. This JIB location is the ABSOLUTE worst!!! 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Dang near every single TIME!!!! This place needs new owners for starters (because they are hiring employees AND managers who don't care about their service). This has been going on at this Pleasant Ridge location for years!! Unbelievable!! Where's your pride in ownership and management???? Absolutely disgraceful. You need to sell this store to someone who gives a SH!?!!!

I arrived in the drive thru line at 11:00 a.m. I was asked to pull up and wait after already being in line. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came out to bring me my order. When I walked in they asked what I needed. They never even cooked the breakfast jacks!! Are you kidding? No. They have no sense of time. This is the first major issue I've had at this location. I doubt I will be returning. I didn't get out of there until 11:45 with the breakfast jacks. The location wasn't busy and they never communicated why it took so long. There were four workers. Not impressed. Worse service I've ever experienced.
