This place is great....as long as you go after midnight. I dont think we have ever gotten an order right when we went for dinner. Pretty mind blowing how bad they are. Go inside and watch them make their order...if they ever take your order... Or go through the drive through and let the guy with the black glasses be a complete tool and roll his eyes when you ask him to fix your messed up order.

They are very good about giving you free food though when they do mess up at least.

Went there with my sister on Jan 1st ,she got a sourdough jack ,she found a dreadlock in her burger ,we were on our way out of town so couldn't return ,told her to save hair & receipt . My sister was sick for 2 days.when my sister finally called the manager told her it wasn't true ,glad my sister saved the dreadlock, going to try send to lab ,to prove it was true ,never going back !

This place is a joke! Went through the drive thru, had to repeat our order multiple times. Asked if the chicken was fresh on the home style chicken sandwich (the lady at the window assured us that it would be made fresh) when we arrived home to eat, the chicken in the sandwich was barely Luke warm. Tried to call to complain and phones were busy for a half hour (like the phones were off the hook) I ordered onion rings with my jumbo jack meal and did not receive those either. They didn't even give us napkins in the bag for god sake. Horrid customer service and the food was questionable at best! I will not be returning to this location and I will be spreading the word regarding their terrible staff and piss poor service. I will also be demanding a refund first thing tomorrow when perhaps there is a competent employee to be found.

I pulled up through the drive thru and the workers were just fooling around and messing with customers. They also got my order wrong.
