Jack In The Box, Garland, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

This place needs help. Constant wrong orders. They even left the ham off of my Breakfast Jack sandwich. Really? There is no quality check for orders because that might actually take 20 them seconds and result in a satisfied customer. It's just flat out incompetence at this location. The drive thru speaker doesn't work right most of the time and the order display screen is not any better. This is the level of service that is all too common these days. We don't make anything in this country so we are now a service oriented society and we can't even get that right. One positive thing to say. I have known a few really great employees at this location but I'm sure they are no longer there. This location needs to hire a consulting company to get them on track and they need to freshen the place up and bring it current with other JITB restaurants. Lots of room for improvement.

It's okay for fast food, it's also opened 24/7 which makes it great anytime of the day.

Should not take 5 mins to order. If you can't speak or understand English you should not be working in the drive thru. It was like explaining to a 5 year old what I wanted.

Every once and while this location gets my order wrong, usually correct it with no problem. But recently I keep dealing with the same rude employee. At the order window a began my order with her response " Is THAT ALL?" with a attitude like I was ordering way to much food, when the order was 2 sandwiches and 4 tacos. When I got to the window she was rude as she took my payment and handed me my drinks without so much as a smile as I was polite and said thank you. Then she told me to pull to the front to wait for my food. I waited for about 5 minutes then she came to my window with the food and I said thank you, have a nice afternoon, my response was a eye roll and she walked off. I'm sorry if she doesn't want to work there or has personal issue's then maybe she shouldn't be there in my opinion.

Been here lots of time.. the night crew is horrible. How you gonna send us home with no napkins. .. NO STRAW..... NO hot sauce for our tacos... really.. maight aswell gave me an empty bag.
