I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews. I've always been treated with respect and kindness by the staff. Some of them are obviously working on their English but they are WORKING and it's not an easy job to please people who expect 5-star cuisine but don't want to pay for it. You get what you pay for here. It's fast, it's hot, and it's handed to you with a smile. I can't ask for more than that.

Walked in and we got a Staredown..from the cashier ..6foot..+++++ etc..everyone behind her was nice to us..i guess she is new to the company..and she can speak the local tong..(spanish)..might go back..Maybe ...see how the food tast..

Good job guys! I usually go through the drive thru during the evening and my order is always hot, fresh and correct. I gave it only four stars because it is your average fast food joint. It's their jalepeno poppers, curly fries and prompt and friendly service that keep me coming back. I am huge on customer service and over the last 5 yrs. they have never dissapointed me. It's also great that they have a good variety on their menu and serve breakfast all day.

I went here with my family after church, we all bought lunch and were eating and talking and after 45 minutes the manager, Saul, rudely kicked us out because we had "been there too long." Seriously!? We were all paying customers not bothering anyone. We thought he was kidding..... no. Another employee said it's because they had to clean.... THE worst customer service ever! None of us had ever been kicked out of a restaurant before... ever! I think they were racially discriminating... we were the only non-Spanish speaking people in the place. Go to a different JITB, or somewhere else.

this place is godawful. everyone who works their doesnt even speak proper english, and their backs are still fresh with water if you catch my drift. service is long and generally sucks, their are always smartmouthed idiots and bums hanging around too. stay away at all costs. their is better food in the riverside plaza nearby.
