Jack In The Box, San Antonio, Texas, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Went to this Jack in the Box and will say that I will Never go back.. I went there for Lunch today.. The French Fries were old and the Burger was a mess... The 4 Tacos where just ok... a little old tasting.

Worst than McDonald's service. You completely got my order wrong and charged me out the ass. I feel like I got hustled. I waited forever for my food... how do you not get it right?

Food:

I've lived near this location my whole life. As sad as it is to admit, it is one of the worst ones to go to. I ask for no mustard, they put mustard, I end up throwing the food away.

Drive through in late evenings are the worst. Their computers are always down, shake machine is seemingly down from 1am to 5. Orders come out wrong many times. Why do I keep going here one may ask? Because it is close, and I'm hungry, not because I like their service. I end up getting something they can't screw up like tacos and a drink. Sometimes not even a drink because it's just the wrong one. I'm baffled at how many times they can mess up consistently. They need better leadership and more competent staff here...

Sadly, I'll be here again only to be disappointed

Worst service ever... waited 20 min for a simple jack with fries and buddy got chiken sandwich...
Saw employee "monika" supervisor didnt seem to mind and laugh at the fact that her trusted employee refried some curly fires i asked for... so when i advised them about reheating fries.. the employee says i didnt reheat the fries and laughed....
Very bad service.... bad manager and employees.. needs a reopen with new faces

You might as well have hired monkeys to do the job, I mean how do you mess up an order 3 times in a row...and when I went back in to grab a straw, one of the workers OUT LOUD said "I need a beer bad.". Come on, how unprofessional can you get? Anyways, DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!! awful experience.
