Food is as expected. Ambiance is sub par. Location is cramped and dirty.

Worst service ever. Went through the drive through, the person taking our order laughed at my mothers talking disability and didn't even confirm our order, we had to re-do our order just to receive sloppy tacos. I don't know how this place is still up.

Order was completely wrong, milkshake tasted horrible, no receipt was given & service completely sucked! Then the number they have posted to call for problems just rang and rang then said voicemail wasnt set up!

If there was a choice of zero stars that's what I'd give this restaurant. The service is horrible. I've waited at the drive through for more then 30mins to only get my order wrong. If your looking for "fast food" this isn't the place to go.

Spirit sucked and the order was wrong and of course no receipt wasn't given. This Jitb is just an epic fail all around.. ohh btw what jitb doesn't have orange juice for breakfast this one doesnt...
