Jack In The Box, San Antonio, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Worst fast-food place in town. I've come here on four different occasions and each time it's bad bad service ,staff is uneducated and untrained slower than molasses. They need to close this place down

Okay I thought this place is open 24/7 the guy was smoking outside with someone and came up to me. "We're closed bro." I took off and ate something but it's a loss of business for the company. False advertisement!

Ok, my and my father walked in and we went up to the counter to order I meals but a guy that looked about 17 years old was by the deep fryers and he walked over and left back to the fryers and my disabled father and I stood their like idiots. We both waited for like 5 minutes and still nobody came to take our order and a woman with a tattoo on her left eye finally noticed us and said "one second" and we waited. I looked down and noticed the machine said closed on cash register on both of them. I looked in the back and their were only TWO WORKERS!! Running the place. We noticed that a mother and children eating and they were leaving. I looked on the floor and their was a mop and a bucket and a sign but nobody was cleaning it. Back to the guy by the deep fryers, he was texting on the job. I sure do hope that his texting was way more important than taking care of us. The place looked horrible. It felt ghetto, dirty and old. So me and my father left and went around the corner and went to KFC. At least they took our order and not text on the job being lazy. Shame on the owner of that disgusting place. These people need to shut this place down or get a new manager and employees who want to work their and take people's orders. I will not ever walk into this jack in the box, or any other one. This place sucks!! Please save your money and go somewhere else. Their are a waste of time and a good way to put you on edge and ruin your day. Whataburger have better burgers anyways. (my opinion) or go somewhere else besides here.

Went here to get a burger for breakfast, having gotten tired of my usual routine. Drive thru informs me that they don't serve full menu in the morning... which makes them the only Jack in the Box I've been to that doesn't. I don't make a fuss, and settle on an egg sandwich and figure I'll come back for dinner to satisfy the craving. While placing my order, another voice breaks in from another microphone making gagging/vomiting noises. The cashier finds this hilarious, and doubly so when I seem confused by the noises. I warily continued, expecting some sort of apology or explanation at the window (maybe the mic came on by accident during a joke, and it wasn't meant to be directed at me?), but no. Just more laughing.

I threw away the meal without eating it. I don't see how I can trust anyone involved to wash hands, handle food safely, or not mess with my meal if they're fine with trying to gross out customers.

I definitely won't be returning.

We came to order our favorite burgers with bacon, but come to find out they don't have anymore bacon in the store at all, and when we ordered large drinks, they gave us small drinks instead because they didn't have anymore large lids. And to top it off, we tried to say "excuse me" to the drive thru attendant, but she didn't hear us, until after we yelled it for the 5th time! I love jack in the box, but now we have to drive 2 miles to satisfy our bacon needs elsewhere...#ineedbacon #meetmyneedsjack
