I was an employee, but I called my manager Tony and told him I was going to be late on my graveyard shift and he flipped out. He threatened to kill me over me being late!!!!?? I then found out he filed a police junction on me and a police report for no reason at all. Be carful customers of store #909 hes a time bomb

I always regret coming here. I enjoy the food when it's fresh. Why should anyone have to call to get our food replaced or get a refund. Make it fresh the first time around and maybe they would t have so many bad reviews. Have a little pride in your work!! Enough said.

Horrible. This was the second time I have gone to this jack in the box. The first time I ordered long wait time as well as no sauce. The second time the were out of tacos? I will not be returning to this location.

There are menu items no longer offered buy they don't remove them or cover them up on the drive thru menu. Then the girl working the drive thru is completely rude when you suggest that they should indicate that on the menu. Sick of rude people!

I ordered a salad at 10 o'clock at night, guy at the drive through said all they had were club salads. I get home and the cucumbers were slimy I called went back and they replaced it. When I got back yes the cucumbers were fresh but the tomates were rotten and the spring mix on the bottom was slimy. I called and explained that I wanted a refund and he replied with come back in the morning when the manager is here, systems are down their closed now. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Not good service/food. Please be aware of what your taking home before you get there. Will not go again.
