Jack In The Box, San Antonio, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

The service was HORRIBLE they were really slow and not paying attention the food was really REALLY disgusting PASS EXPIRE that it get me FOOD POISONING and the inside of the place look like the inside of a TRASH..
NOT a good jack in the box to go.

SLOWEST PLACE EVER....... isnt it supposed to be fast food. I will let this place bring death to me any day but food WOW probably last time i ever come here. I would drive away but am in line already and there are 2 cars behind me and two in front. Cant move.........

Far better than the other Jack in the Box's in the area. The food is always presentable and actually tastes good. The fries are never overcooked or re-greased. Essentially, this is the way I expect and want a Jack in the Box to be managed and operated, unlike the locations I'll never return to on Bandera and Culebra. You folks with bad reviews should really check those out and then return to this one.

Fast food?? Nope! It took 20 minutes to get my food. They said they had to wait on my curly fries. Expecting hot fries.. I got room temperature fries. They tried to offer me a shake for my wait, but i waited way too long already. I will never return to this place again!!

This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had. The speed of service sucks, that's if you're luck enough for them to take your order.. Example: Today on 10/11/2013 I went there to get one order of tacos.. I waited at the drive thru for 10 mins saying HEllo and wondering if I would get my order taken, no luck so I drove to the window, there was one car in front and I waited there a second time for 10 mins..and not to mention this car was there when I first pulled up..i then had to reverse out of the drive thru because they took so long and I still didn't even here or even talk to a J.I.B employee or manager.. As long as I walk this earth ill never visit the Jack in the Box on 118 General McMullen Dr.. Even if its the last restaurant in town I wouldn't go, I'd rather grow crops, I guarantee they'll grow before faster than the service Jack in the Box provides!!! I rate this restaurant a negative 5 stars and it should be shut down. Or maybe new management and employees would help?
