Low expectations going into this place. Those were easily met. I'm glad they got my order right this time. Toilet was broken though.

I see people making food without the gloves
The guy was preparing tacos and he was filling lettuce in it with no gloves and he was all sweating and the worst thing I saw he touched his sweat and he used those hands to pick up the lettuce and I was like that's disgusting and that's the reason I cancelled my order and told them to give me the refund back
Please someone needs to have a better manager over here.

Shockingly the worst fast food place I've been to. Food was beyond stale, they were blasting rap music where every other word was the N word, and the cashier tried to sell me a big gold watch off his wrist for 200 dollars. REALLY???

I was there the other late night w/ my friends and ALL our orders were 25+ minutes late. Basically, someone "took" our orders, and then clocked out and never passed the memo to the next scheduled employees. However, the 2 Michael's that night strapped it down and got everything together, corrected, and compensated, and even though it wasn't their fault, they did their best to ensure the place ran as effectively as possible.

Yesterday we were on the way to the hospital to see my dad who is in his last days of life. We were in a hurry so we decided to go to Jack in the Box. I paid $16 and some change for our meal. There was an associate who was eating ice and she put her fingers in her mouth then grabbed our food and put in the bag. I complained to the "manager" who said they didn't give refunds so she had to call another manager and the refund had to be approved. I didn't want the food and we were in a rush so I expect my refund back today. Updates will be provided.
