04/22/2016 7:17 pmTHIS ONE SUCKS!!!! RUDEST EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT EVER!!! HAD MY THREE KIDS AND I SITTING THERE FOR 45 MINUTES WITHOUT SO MUCH AS THE CUPS FOR OUR DRINKS AND THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT SOMEONE ORDERED 15 orders OF TACOS IN THE DRIVE THRU! THEN THE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME EVEN AFTER I WALKED OUT AND TOLD THE MANAGER TO GIVE THE MONEY TO MY KID!!! AND IT NEVER GETS ANY BETTER FOLKS!! THEY WERE CUSSING AND EATING IN PLAIN SIGHT!!! |

05/11/2015 11:52 pmI waited for 8 minutes at the intercom before anyone responded, I ordered four meals and was told to drive up to the window. They took my card charged my meals and then decided to hand my drinks to me and waited another 10 minutes before she handed me my card back. 2 minutes later she tells me my card wasn't charged and charged my card again a second time and said we're waiting on your nuggets, I told her I didn't order nuggets so she walks away 3 minutes later the manager walks up and said I'm sorry we charged your card for the vehicle behind you but l canceled it and it will be in your account in 3 to 5 business days. .. as she handed my food to me all 4 meals in one bag thrown everywhere with no receipt. .. burger falling out in my bag all smashed, this place needs to be shut down the service sucks and no one there is ever worth a damn! Someone needs to go to this store and really manage it! I was so pissed after waiting 23 minutes I can't believe this place is still working the way it does!!!.....2235 nw loop 410 |

02/24/2015 1:09 amNot even worthy of one star. They should close this location down. Went in about 11 AM on Sunday morning and 4 of us ordered breakfast. The girl at the register was arguing with someone in the back when we walked in. One person ordered a breakfast combo and the coffee he received was cold. He then realized he was overcharged and they charged him separately for each item instead of for the combo. The girl said that was the only way they could do it and called someone from the back. He finally got his money back. Next person got eggs with black (burnt) edges. Had to send it back. Finally, it took almost 30 minutes to get one of the orders because they said they thought she already received it. Men's restroom was filthy with no toilet paper. Don't know if this is a corporate store or franchise, but I got the feeling everyone associated with this place could care less about customer service. Chairs with broken backs, dirty, poor service and empty parking lot. We were from out of town. Obviously the locals know better that to go here. |
