Wow what the hell happened. I remember the Jumbo Jack being much bigger. The one I got from here was no bigger than the palm of my hand. Will never ever ever have Jack in the Box again. Oh yeah and it's more expensive now

Bad customer service. Girl working there 2/14 at 5:40pm said some customer drank all the iced mocha they had. Pathetic
