Jade Garden, Madison, Wisconsin Restaurant Details

Food:

Order 50 minutes late! Ordered through grubhub app at 8:05pm, and notified order would arrive between 8:45 and 8:55pm. Called at 9:05 to inquire and was told delivery would be just a few more minutes. It's 9:50 and we just received our food. 10 minutes...understandable, but come on, almost an hour! Based on the timeframe since I called, I think they initially forgot to make our order.

Food:

We eat the buffet a lot and love it. Maybe not the best anywhere but the best in Madison. I've never tried delivery, only the buffet.

The food is excellent! I gave 2 stars because customer service is not good, also delivery is horrible! If you don't mind waiting two hours to get your food then this is where to order from........

Food:

Solid Chinese food. Not amazing, but solid and inexpensive. General Tso's chicken was sweet and tangy. The shrimp Lo Mein was not very flavorful, but adding soy sauce helped and the shrimp were very good. Will definately order again.

Food:

Excellent buffet food and variety. Clean restaurant with friendly service. I eat there regularly. Try it and you will be impressed. Excellent buffet price for both lunch and dinner. Keep up the great work Jade Garden!
