04/26/2014 4:51 amI grew up in southern cali, where Filipino restaurants are as plentiful as taco stands (in some areas), so I had the privilege of tasting a bit of the southeast (Asia) on top of going to my friends parties. They have the best lumpia in AZ on top of some other dishes that i tried today. They have this pork cooked in coconut milk and ginger & pork drowning in a peanut sauce that might make certain religions rethink their special diets (just kidding). If it's hot out, you can't go wrong with halo, halo. It has taro/coconut ice cream with pieces of jackfruit coconut gel. I don't know if one can have a moment of zen while in a Filipino joint, but it did send my taste buds to paradise. |

01/04/2014 12:31 amGood flavor to the food. But when I got my order back from a few co workers picking it up grease was all over the bag. The beef and onion mixture was so greasy that I had to pour out the juice and pat it down with napkin. The red beef stew was good. But there was more fat than beef, 1 carrot, 1 potato. The rice was overcooked and sticky. Ill never go back and won't recommend. |

09/25/2013 10:39 amThis is the first time I tried Filipino food and I loved it! I thought the pancit looked weird and not al dente but when I tried it, the combination of flavors was simply amazing. I forgot the other dishes but I loved the flavors, the meat and their sauces/ gravy. |
