Terrible customer service not friendly at all

Have trouble finding an address they deliver to daily (2 years ordering from them), which also happens to be within eyesight of the store (takes 30 to 45 minutes to deliver when you could truly just throw the sandwich in my direction). Often forget food (right now I'm chipless) or put toppings on when not asked for. Really the worst Jimmy John's I've ever dealt with.

Been going here for about a week for lunch because of my 12 hour shifts and rarely have the time to cook. It's been good up until today. I usually get the roast beef sandwich which is #2 on the menu. When I paid and received my sandwich, I checked to notice they didn't serve bread with it. I'm pretty sure I didn't ask for no bread with my sandwich. I don't know if they ran out of bread or what but probably won't be coming here anymore if they keep messing up the orders. Plus, the reviews on here are not helping their cause.

Nevertheless, the sandwiches are good. I'm just saying they probably need a few improvements with their employees.

Slow, not much business either. Music way loud, they did not get my order correct. Not a good experience overall, I probably won't come back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. They have delivered to our offices no less than 8 times and now we are told that they only deliver within a 2 mile radius from where they are located. Understandable, however we are 3 BLOCKS away from that cut off point. We are in the middle of town and no other Jimmy John's delivers out here. The reason they are freaking fast is because they only deliver to a very small amount of people. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend them whatsoever.
