Food:

They take a little long, but open 24/7 and they have TVs to watch the spurs games. My fav Jims in San Antonio. Highly recommend it.

One of the newer jim's locations in the city, great spot to go to! Service is always good but the parking can be a bit hectic.

Don't know what has happened to my favorite resturant. In our last several visits at different Jims, we have had poor food and poor service. Tonight was the end. At Park North, after waiting more than 40 minutes and getting the manager invovled we finally got part of our order. One diner did not get her meal until the rest of us were finished! Her food was over cooked. We were told we had to be understanding as the server was new and she didn't put in our order until the manager got invovled. Also even though our order was so late, instead of concentrating on our order (2 egg meal, Quickie meal and chicken strips) several other diners who arrived after us recieved their meals. Remember the 3rd diner's meal was over cooked--no attention being given to our meal. We watched another party come in, order, eat and leave while we waited patiently. We asked the server several times to check our order (don't know what she was checking since she hadn't submitted it) After being nice and patient for 40 minutes, admittedly, I was not being quiet or understanding. But my adult daughter was treated rudely by the manager and she was being calm and respectful. Sorry, after 30 years of going to Jims, we will need to find another favorite restaurant. How sad.

Great grilled chicken sandwich...But 20 minutes to get it out to us. Seriously? I watched it show up under the hot laps and sit there with about 9 other plates of food and 4 wait staff persons just chatting next to ask the food. It sat there with the other plates for 7 minutes before journeying 10 feet to out table!

Food:

4 stars ONLY because service is slow sometimes. However, great food and one of the more reasonably priced dinner style restaurants I've been to. Definitely go here before you would go to Denny's or ihop.
