the worst service ever , I'm so mad the old ass lady pick my meal for me bc I asked a question about it and she walked away . I feel like she may be on drugs the way she is flying around this place at her age ,also its like she's never done this before but she's like 60 . I will never come back ! PS I'm so mad I didn't even get my food before wrighting this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@

Horrible! Don't waist your time or money on this place. Bad service, worst food, and over priced. I don't understand how these guy's stays open. Instead of wasting money on advertisement, why don't you put it into the quality of your food!!!

We have lived in the area for nearly 10 years and finally got in to Joe's to eat. Should have figured that it would be pathetic because now I realize no one has ever recommended that I should eat there. Lots of advertising, obviously needed to get people to come eat. I cannot complain about the service. It was up to standard. The food was pathetic. Poor portions and prices way too high for the product. I don't know how chicken strips can be screwed up, but Joe figured out a way. And $10+ for said chicken strips. That was for my 5 year old. Sandwich and burger were equally sub par. Avoid this place at all costs. Joes is close enough to Qdoba, Red Robin, Red lobster, ....etc. Shoot the food court at the mall, fighting off the teenagers is a better use of your time and money than Joe's.

Food:

We ordered some burgers togo and they were the worst burgers I've had in a long time! The frys were soggy, like it was on old batch sitting for sometime. I got the western burger. The bread tasted stale and the burger was over cooked. I could have just went to in-n-out or Carl's Jr. And got something Way better for half the price! We are so disappointed we spent $30 on two gross burgers! My suggestion, don't waste your time or money!

Terrible food and service. Food taste old and greasy. Burgers have no flavor and are greasy as well. Service is very bad. Staff does not seem to communicate with one another. Never again will I visit this establishment.
