Awful customer service, terrible attitude. Delivered the wrong order, when I called to inform them, and request the food that was ordered, the response was..."so are you telling me that you want the delivery man to drive back to you with your order?" I replied yes please and apologized (me, being polite, apologized when it was NOT my mistake), and they say "ugh, ok, I guess I'll have the delivery guy drive back again and then back to you with your order" as if I was the one who messed up my order...just rude and unacceptable. Not to mention, the food was definitely not something i would choose to eat again.

Food:

The delivery guy gave himself a $71 dollar tip for a $31 bill after we caught it the owner said it was accidently written in smh so check your bills im sure he has done it to many more people!!

First they delivered two medium pizzas instead of one large. The delivery guy insisted both pizzas were ours. Both were undercooked and inedible and no amount of time in our oven helped. We called and nicely explained the problems and they said if we weren't satisfied they'd be happy to send another pizza(s) so we gave them another chance.

They were on their way last night at 9:00; it's 5:00 p.m. the next day and we haven't seen them yet.

We stopped in this afternoon and were told by the "day" manager that he could do nothing, it's the "night" manager's problem.

To add insult to injury the order was $35 and we gave the delivery guy a $7 tip.

Awful pizza, poor customer service policy and ridiculously high prices. No reason to ever go back. They probably won't last too much longer anyway.

If the waitress talked to us more than sit at a empty table texting she would of gotten a tip. When we entered she told us to sit anywhere and then sat there talking to her friend for 20 mins about her plans that night another waiter came to her and gave her our menus to push her along. Their manager is more like their friend which is not good in business. Food was good crab dip very good I thought my boyfriend thought it was too salty, we got the blue crab pizza, very dry.... I've had this pizza before and it was never this dry. Also I don't think she could have rushed us out of the door any faster first we order our appetizer and she asks if we want our pizza to go... Then while we ate she stared at us just waiting for us to finish to bring us the bill and after all of that was said and done...NO TIP! you have to earn it!
