Food:

Easily my favorite place to drink and grab a bite to eat. Never had a problem with the food, as I'm a very particular guy with my tastes. The service has been flawless. The regulars are a friendly bunch and the girls bust their pretty little behinds off to keep everyone happy. I could name every bartender for you, but it's better if you come and meet them yourself. This location in coventry has been a better place than the few years before. No more drama, just a good time. I never go to the basement anymore, you won't either if you come here and experience the the atmosphere.

I have been coming in during lunch for quite a while now, the food is very good and the day time bartenders are amazing to say the least. I'm not much of a night person usually but me and a few friends decided to stop in over the weekend and could not believe the difference in service! Not only did it take at least 15 min for anyone to even notice we walked In but once we ordered she took another 10min to bring us drinks! With 2 bartenders behind the bar I expected service to be a little better but that was definitely not the case. They both seemed to be totally out of it and spent most of there time standing at the end of the bar doing shots or just talking and ignoring customers. I was even more surprised when another customer (I'm guessing a regular) told me that one of them was a manager. Not sure if they where just drunk or on something else completely! Needless to say we didn't stay to find out and ended up going to the bar across the street!

I am very disappointed, so tonight I bought this company more business by bringing new friends here. We had a split bill but we all tip the bartender Becka 10% per bill. She had the nerve to cuss and talk bad about everyone because she felt that she should have been tip more. First off if you didn't talk bad about every customer you probably could have gotten more. We also tip the cook. You need to fire and bring back the other girl because she was way better. We spend money here every Tuesday and I'm tired of her complaining but expecting more tip. If you talk about your other customers to us, then I know you talk about us to other people. Not professional! Overall the COOK is a nice guy! Becka don't no one like

I don't know how this place is in the evenings but for lunch it is terrible. I work close by and after giving it a couple chances I won't be going back. Service is unbelievably slow and food is inconsistent

Nice place, clean, not busy during lunch. Friendly bartender.
