I just want to say thank you for being so helpful in scheduling our class with Chef Poon this past Sunday.
My wife Emily and I had such a good time. The food was all excellent, Chef Poon was super friendly, informative, and helpful in everything we worked on. We both walked away from there with a better understanding of how to make sushi and dumplings and a sense of happiness from seeing how much Chef Poon thoroughly enjoys what he does.
