With an atmosphere unlike any other, this Indian vegetarian gem housed in a Hare Krishna temple in Old East Dallas charms with its all-you-can-eat buffet that changes daily, plus a salad bar; the serene setting comprises a simple, tile-floor interior dining room and an open courtyard with lots of shade outside.

I'm vegan and I grub here hard! Only way a fat boy could say it. I get a plate with everything in the dang restaurant (omitting the usually one mildly diary item) and my second plate is piled up with what I liked most. Tamarind juice is out of control. Once a week!

I was really impressed by this restaurant. My wife and I loved the atmosphere! It's a very soothing place to eat. I was skeptical about going here because of other Buffett experiences but this place blows all of them out of the water. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. I will be back and if you are looking for an awesome vegetarian experience start here. Loved it!

The waiters were amazing, if it was just for them, this would have got a 5 star, but sadly the evaluation is not just on service. The food, was not worth the price. I love Indian food, I love the spices that give that special flavor to the food, but too much can end up giving you a headache -which is what I got. I only ended up getting one round after that. The salad bar had an amazing selection. The bread was like any good bread you buy from sprouts or you make at home, so that is a plus. The tamarind tea, is just plain tamarind water, nothing special about that -it's my favorite type of water, when I can't make it, I just buy jumex or go to any Hispanic water shop. But in general it all comes down to the food. It's called a buffet, you are meant to grab a bit of everything on the first round in order to try out the food, then go back and thrn grab what you actually liked. Yet, after tasting the strong spices and the massive headache...I couldn't go back, if anything I wanted to throw up. The feeling lasted for hours. They need to tone down on the spices, whoever cook that day put too much.

Beautiful and peaceful. Vegetarian vs vegan items well marked. Inexpensive. They only offer a buffet and you just take what you want. Wonderful place but can seem a bit intimidating at first.... Just walk in the foor and ask where lunch is. Everyone is very nice.

Great traditional vegetarian Indian food buffet. Very decent price. The dessert was good (bread or rice pudding). Also decent selection on hot tea.
Was also told they are always having a "party" and to come by again. There is also a temple and will have pray. This is definitely a neat dining experience.
