Sticky and dirty floors. Water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen area. Health department should shut it down

I am truly hoping ours was an isolated incident. we went through the kfc drive through at 8 pm. according to our receipt our order was placed at 8:10

we ordered 2 two piece dinners. 2 of their little snacker sandwiches. And 1 honey bbq sandwich. they asked for a "couple minutes" to make the bbq sandwich. they hand us the sodas for our meals and they are both straight soda water with no syrup. we ask the girl at the window to fix them she says "yeah we're out of that". so we ask for different sodas. She says "yeah I'll bring those out in a minute. You need to move so I can serve the people behind you"

We pull forward and begin waiting. After a twenty minute wait I lose my temper and go inside. The place reeks of what is clearly a sewage backup. I walk up to the counter. And the same girl gives me a. dirty look and continues to serve out the window. after 5 minutes standing at the counter a man identifying himself as the manager asks if I've been helped. I mention the order we placed and he says "oh yeah we're cooking the tenders for your snackers right now. We'll make that fresh for you." He then proceeds the wipe flour off his ungloved hands on the ass of his jeans. Then using those same hands he breads our raw chicken strips right in front of me and tosses them in the fryer. keep in mind that this is now just shy of 8:40pm.

As I watch him the rude girl from the drive through walks up and goes "yeah I got busy." And then goes back next to the window to EAT HER FOOD! At this time my wife comes in to find out what has happened to me. She is blown back by the stench and arrives just in time to see the leaking soda machine overflow into the floor. A small girl wearing a "shift supervisor" badge grabs a chicken bucket and tosses it on the floor to catch the soda /water sludge now pouring off the counter. She is now wearing the headset and while scooping water out of the machine takes an order for a twenty piece through the drive through.

She walks to the back and puts together an entire 20 piece and three sides and has it out the window in under 3 minutes. the time is now 8:54 I flag down the shift supervisor and she asks me suddenly if I would like a free cake because of the wait. I suppress the urge to scream and calmly say I'd prefer a refund and we'll be on or way. She walks to the man whose jeans are covered in flour and relays or request. he leans out and says it will only be about 10 more minutes. I reply it's been an hour already. he gives her the keys and I attempt to hand her my credit card to return the credit.

She says "I have to give you cash. credit cards don't work that way" my mind is blown! she fights with her register and cannot open it. rings up two fake orders it still won't open and gets angry. stomps to the drive through register. grabs the money and shoves it across the counter at my wife. then mockingly "offers" to let us keep the disgusting sodas for our trouble.

We walked out of the door at 9:06 on the dot with NO FOOD. I will NEVER enter this establishment again.

This location has the best customer services. On this side of town. There front cashier makes you feel right at home and when you leave makes sure that you leave happy.
