Food tastes good, no worse than any other normal KFC. But it ends there.

Go here if you have 15 minutes to wait before placing your order, another 15 minutes to wait FOR your order, another 5 minutes to check your order for accuracy, and another 5 minutes while you wait for them to fix your order. Also, I'm polite about it, but sometimes an elderly person (accidentally?) cuts in front of me in the line to order.

Wait wait wait. And lots of old people who penny pinch and hold up the line for 2.33 worth of food. Employees didn't apologize for long wait.

I am still waiting in the Drive thru it is 10:39 and they have not come to the window, nor answered the door for the elderly citizens.. This is poor customer service. Need to hire people with customer service skills in order to represent a resturant that has been in the state for many years. Please address management.
