Food:

This location has problems with poor service. I feel the employees are rude and do not listen to your order. Quality of food is not as good as other locations I have been to. This is very disappointing since it is closest to our home.

Food:

Apparently their drive-thru system is malfunctioning. After sitting there for a solid 5 minutes repeating HELLOOOOOO, no one answered and I pulled up to the window. I told the woman working the window that no one had taken my order, to which she huffed and gave MAJOR attitude. I asked for a Chicken Pot Pie and was told they don't have any. Right. More attitude later, and I left. What a horribly rude employee. It's not my fault your equipment doesn't work.

Food:

Poor service, literally almost went to Wendy's next door. Waited in the drive thru for 5-6 minutes. The person said give me a second. I gave her plenty of time never was told to move up or can I take your order. I eventually moved to the window and two girls just looked at me all stupidly like it was my fault for waiting.

peice of shit. ordered 16 piece only got 14. 7 wings 5 legs and 2 breasts

Food:

Very poor service. There is no communication in the back, orders comes out different from what one asks for. Also there is no apologies when confronted with incorrect orders. Last but not least, drive thru has very poor costumer service, mainly an attitude problem. Word of advice, check your food before leaving!
