Kfc, Colorado Springs, Colorado Restaurant Details

Food:

Unexcusable, basically one the worst establishments have been to, not only was my order miscalculated the number of chicken from 13/16 pieces and went back for another 20min drive, had the manager come out with a lame excuse as "this worker couldn't count well" and have that same employer who served me walk into the back calling me a "Hoe". Honestly one of the WORST excuses for a food establishments I've been to.

Food:

HORRIBLE!!!! Watch your food. Employees walking around with the applesauce on the go packets in their mounth almost dropping it in our food they were making. Another employee plucking food out of the fryer basket that our food was sitting in still. After confronting them about these issues they still tried to to give us the food... Disgusting. I would have been fired had i ever tried something like this.

Jacob waited on us in the drive through and I must say I have not had such a pleasant server in a long time. Very polite and professional. Even the fellow that brought our food to the car was exceptional. The food was very good as well. Great experience!! These two guys deserve a little recognition for a job well done.

Food:

I stopped in for lunch spur of the moment...the employees greeted me as I walked in, told me about an awesome 8 piece deal they had. The chicken just came out or something cause it was THE BEST KFC chicken I have ever had...so good. Anyways, they went above and beyond and I wanted to make sure people knew about it. Nice job Austinbluffs KFC!
