I love KFC it's the best their chicken and their mac n cheese and all their yummy food is delicious and yummy it's really good food I love their food there!!!!♡♡♡

I am formally writing this review to state my curerent feelings towards this fast food, chicken based establishment. over all the food was not too bad and the service wasn't brilliant but it wasn't bad. Now this is where the good comments stop and the negative ones begin to roll out in this review. My displeasure for the telephone service of this establishment knows no bounds. I would like to state that i was left one the phone for ages waiting for a representitive to answer the telephone and tend to my enquiries, and not only was i left gob-smaked at the fact i was waiting an entire 2 minutes, but no-one answered and this what i'm concerned about. I hope you take this formally written review into account and see it as 'constructive critisism' and try to make your branch of the kfc organisation as best as it can.
