Wish 0 was an option. Ended up feeding it to the dogs.... even forgot my damn gravy. Never go here. You can find better and cheaper food for your dog at your local pet store.

This kfc is absolutely terrible! we dont go to kfc very often but every time we have gone this is the one we go to, because its close and convienient! Well everytime we have gone, its been a disaster, they always seem to get our order wrong, they're always messing around in the back and not paying attention to their guests, the restaurant is filthy! Overall, customer service is non existant there! just terrible!!

Closest one to my home, its always hit or miss here, poor management I think. Tonight was a miss, mashed potatoes was really half order, only half full. Biscuit and chicken hard as a rock and corn must have been from last week. Nothing fresh at all and it was ordered in early evening, not late and on a weekend no less. Surely they can do better than this!!

How do you mess up something so simple? My wife and I ate here while waiting for a show at club red, and our order was all messed up. My wife ordered a chicken breast meal and got a thigh, both meals were missing cookies, no butter or honey for biscuits, and they managed to only include one fork for the two of us. Added bonus: air conditioning was out, so we ate in the car instead. I'll be avoiding this place for the future.

Added bonus: they overcharged us. Receipt says $10.81, but my bank account says the debit was $11.20. Not sure if incompetent staff or scammy.
