This one time they gave me an 8 pcs meal and I paid for a 10 pcs meal, other than that I love the place!!

Worst franchise-owned KFC chain in Modesto, CA. The customer service, wait time and overall experience is horrendous. One time I ordered via drive-thru. The rude employee decided to put my change inside the KFC chicken bucket. How was that sanitary?

I called the owner and he tried to apologize by giving me a FREE meal. I took a pass instead and decided that I will never visit this specific KFC restaurant again!

Out of 3 girls working, passing by my food sitting in the counter none could see my food and say your order is ready waited at least 20 mins (when she told me it would only take 6 mins) for me to get up and just see my food sitting there of course they were talking to an upset customer too either way I waited and when she asked if the order was mine the workers blamed each other like uh I thought it was waiting for corn ... Worst service ever!!!!!
