What do you expect, it's fast food. If you love the chicken and potato/gravy like i do then you will keep going there. It always seems like i have to wait for chicken and biscuts because there out if it. Be prepared to wait. The staff is accomodating and the mgr is friendly

I don't eat at KFC's very often, but I several times I have been to this particular store, I have been amazed at how friendly their staff is. Definitely 5 stars for customer service
