Second KFC I been to in Norfolk that was closed during business hours. Why have business hours if your going to be closed well before that time.

Always friendly and on point here. The other local kfc's were slow and was out of boneless chicken, I go here and they were fast and the manager was super friendly and showed great customer service. This is by far the best KFC in the area.

They didn't have Extra Crispy (only type I buy) ready except for breast and wing...so instead of a #1 I was given a 1 breast & 2 sides meal and given a free drink (which would have come with the#1) for the inconvenience...but the Dr. Pepper was about 80% flat...considered taking it back but coped instead. I would give them 2 stars but the service was totally fine (not friendliest but patient & not rude) and the food was hot...so 3 stars. Mine was the only car there, so I didnt have a wait-time problem.
