Service was great and fast. Food was good too!

Chicken was a tad undercooked & they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS forget straws, dipping sauces, taco sauces, forks, spoons...I even asked if there was a thing of honey in the bag today for my biscuit and she said "yeah" but when we got home, we were missing sauces, straws, spoon, and honey!

THEY'RE SLOW AS MOLASSES!!! THEY'RE RUDE!!!! & MESSED UP OUR ORDER!!!! WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TO INFORM HIM THAT MY ORDER WASN'T ACCURATE!!!! HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WON'T EVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!! THEY DIDN'T HAVE ICE!!!!

Terrible service. Food always prepared like crap. The workers always have an attitude. They never change their oil in fryers always smells like burning geese. Order hardly made right check it before you leave.

The store open time is 1030 but the store did not open until 1130 with a worker inside still cleaning up the place. I was at the door and had eye contact with the workers inside but they ignored me and just went on with their laughter and chit-chat. It took me 25 minutes to get my food too since they had to cook it from beginning. Do not recommended this place at all and wish I could give this place 0 stars.
