Food:

Haven't been since may of last year. The managers were not what you would expect in a professional atmosphere. The employes are working to best of their knowledge. I was told by the staff that they are not properly trained so there for the many reasons for inaccuracy in the customers getting the proper orders. There was a female manager that looked dirty and spoke with a nasty demeanor towards her employees. I thought one of the girls were going to hit her for being so rude. It just need to be some fire put under the managers behinds and then that store would run smoothly.

Food:

Always friendly staff, serve fast and the order is always correct.

My boyfriend and myself were waiting a long time for our food but that's not why this place its getting one star. It was dirty and had a funky gross smell going in but what takes the cake is while we were waiting one of the girls working was getting the chicken out licked her fingers and continued working. We are reporting this the the health department.

Great food, horrible service. I spend 35 minutes in the drive through last visit. Once you're in the drive thru there is no way to get out since there is a curb on either side.

I've been to Wendy's all over the place, in multiple states, and this one isn't as bad as people say. I've gone with 1 other person to up to 7 others, and the service is always okay. When it's really rushed (lunch/dinner times) they make a couple mistakes, but it's always with other customers, never seems to be me or my group. These customers are understandable frustrated because their food needs to be remade while everyone else needs to be served, but there's not much else that can be done.
Communication is a little difficult with the drive-through ordering box, but that's the case with every drive-through I've ever encountered.
The food is the same as any other Wendy's I've gone to: higher quality than McDonald's, but not as good as Five Guys.
If you want excellent service or food, don't go to a fast food joint. Otherwise, this Wendy's is a good place.
