Rude employees. No crispy chicken. How can you be a KFC with no chicken?? Saturday, lunch time and NO crispy chicken. Then when I placed my order it was all wrong...What a joke!!! Never going there again!!!

short and sweet not use to Texas being from Maryland So l saw KFC thought wow I can go here ordered six piece tender with mash potatoes and coleslaw as the person at the window handed me the bag it ripped I asked for a new bag he looked at me as if I was asking for gold then I noticed there was any sauce I asked if I could have honey mustard he looked at me again like I had three heads. at not one time did he tell me sorry, or sure or have a nice day. nothing! KFC you really need to look at who's working your drive through window . when people use the drive through your establishment is based on who answers those windows talking to your drive thru customers. when I got home the chicken tender seems like they were hard leftover from lunch it was the worst experiences I've ever had at KFC. I will not go to another KFC as long as I'm in Texas
