Awful customer service man at drive through was rude and rushed me refusing to make my order how I asked.

Went thru the drive thru tonight at 9:58pm and ordered food. When I got home I noticed they forgot my mashed potatoes. I went back an 1hour and 20 minutes later and they said they couldn't get my mashed potatoes because the kitchen is closed, yet they are open till 1am and people were ordering in the drive thru. How can people still order food if the kitchen is closed? I always have issues with this KFC! They either forget something or they are out of what I ordered. This is a poor excuse for a restraunt. I deserve a fee meal. After I go back tomorrow to get my mashed potatoes I will not return.
