I visited this location a few days ago, it's a bit small, but that's not a big deal. I waited for all but 3 minutes before leaving. No one was attending the counter while many people were working. I was not greeted, but the odd thing was that I got an odd eye contact with an employee and still no greeting. I gave 2 stars because I love KFC wings :) I might go back. Maybe I'll be guest-serviced??

Food:

You have to tell them, you want fresh food and you have to tell them you want napkins,forks,spoons,butters,salts,peppers,honeys and no ice in your sodas! Nothing is automatically given anymore. We check our order, before we leave the restaurant!

This place is an absolute JOKE! If I could vote negative I would! Never ever have I gotten a complete and correct order from this place! On top of that Almost every time we have gone it has been a 20-30m wait for chicken...insanity! The Mgmt of this place clearly has a case of "cranial anal inversion" for this to be such a chronic issue.Contacting corporate is just as futile as they playcate your complaint with a processed form letter and a whopping $5 gift certificate... Gee thanks! I'd prefer them to fix the problems than to insult me... If you have any sense or value your time and sanity DO NOT Patronize this location. Just a nickels worth of free advice from someone who will never bother with KFC again...Simply not worth it.

Horrid... Was driving to Vegas in the evening (9pm) or so. I just wanted to use the restroom, but I had to buy something to get into the locked bathroom. Got a chicken sandwich and got food poisoning. 3 days straight I couldn't move out of my hotel bed/bathroom. NEVER AGAIN!
