We did the Thanksgiving Dinner today and we were dissatisfied with some of the meal. There was no fresh cooked turkey . Ordered mostly dark meat which is the best part of the turkey. It appeared to be compress /process.Even taste as if it was precooked . Definitly wasn't fresh. Everything else was ok

Tried to eat here while in town on business. My first night here and the mall is near my hotel so I figured I'd start looking there. Sign said to walk in if no host and wait at a pillar. Not sure which one they meant but I waited and literally stared at a waitress for 10 mins while she gossiped with guests. When no one even acknowledged my existence after 15 minutes I left. Really would have like to try the place since it seemed like a cool restaurant.....

After being in town for a military reunion and eating in mostly Hooter's and Outback, this was a most welcome change of pace! We had 7 in our party and, even though it was a Saturday night, we were seated immediately. Drinks and appetizers came to the table quickly, followed by the entrees after a completely reasonable lapse. Our server was polite, professional, and eager to please. I had the surf and turf (an 8 oz flatiron steak and a small lobster) and my wife had the 8 oz prime rib, both of which were cooked exactly as we asked. Others in our party had anything from steaks to fish to sandwiches and everyone was very pleased with their meals. As I mentioned, this was a military reunion with a bunch of former submarine sailors in their 50s, so after our meal we sat around and reminisced for a bit, but we were never rushed out the door or made to feel uncomfortable. While it may appear to be a bit pricey to some, it's well worth the money if you want a great meal in a quasi-upscale restaurant with no rush.

I have always been impressed with the food and service at Kincaids.

The food was ok. The quality to price ratio was just not there. The price is also too high for a mall restaurant.
