An odd way to complain giving them 4 starts. It would have been five but for one experience a few days ago. I was completely ignored in my car for several minutes by a lady behind the window but when another car drove up on the other side they were immediately helped. I have been going to Kindred Spirits for over 10 years and have been pretty loyal because of the owner, employees and good coffee. Not sure how I feel now - maybe just one bad employee.
