10/29/2015 3:13 pmActually have some real tasting breakfast. The bacon is thick, not undercooked, or too crispy, the eggs taste fresh and cooked perfectly, doesn't taste all rubbery. Prices are reasonable. Wish they had grits and make sure you bring cAsh, this place doesn't except credit card payments, I feel comfortable eating here, you get a little family feel being here. Definitely returning! |

09/17/2015 2:45 pmWow, where do I start??? We have been eating there for years now and still the best place to eat in Colorado Springs. The Poncha Via is absolutely the best burrito they offer and the chili bowl is best non-burrito item on the menu. Rob and Taco are always upbeat and have smiles on their faces. They know their regulars by name and always shake their hands when they enter. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. |

08/18/2015 8:51 pmNot quite sure why people say this place isn't good. The food was great, and the staff was fantastic. Looks like this will be our new breakfast spot! Definitely an A-plus old school diner! |

01/15/2015 9:24 amMy experience was one of great food and amazing staff. Though I know wait staff can often get busy we were lucky enough to come in on a slow day, and as such my glass was always full and my food was out quickly. The meal itself was great, and I look forward to going back again soon. |

12/09/2015 2:36 amThere's "no skimping on portions" at this 1956 "landmark" breakfast diner in Colorado Springs "disguised as a purple castle" (and its younger, bigger East Bijou Street sibling), so "cure a hangover and pig out" on anything smothered with the "award-winning green chili" – "whew, hot stuff" – or wait for the "delicious" "greasy-spoon" lunch options served by the "chatty" "tattooed" staff; "they only take cash", but the "prices can't be beat." |
