Seems like it would. Be a good resstruant but food wasn't too good sushi was cold and didn't smell but I lt wasn't anything special

Best sushi in San Antonio. Authentic and run by very friendly people. Atmosphere is great too.

I lived in Japan for 6 years, 3 near Hiroshima and 3 in Tokyo, and finding Koi Kawa in San Antonio was awesome. If people want real authentic Japanese food this is where you'll get it. The food taste and quality along with the atmosphere made me feel like I was back in Japan. This is NOT American -Japanese food. It is Japanese food. My wife and I love it!

There was a lot of food served and the waitress was very nice. The interior needs some improvement. Sushi was OK, sashimi was not very fresh. Tempura was an amateur job - soggy. I can make much better tempura myself. There was deep-fried sushi with some strange taste sauce and mayo. Rice was not very good. So, overall, I would rather make these food myself than eating there and wasting money. I recommend other restaurants for good Japanese food.

Really fresh sushi and authentic. Don't go if you're in a hurry though, staff whilst very friendly and sweet, the staff operates at a leisurely pace, even if you seem rushed.
