Food waiting times are long but there waiters go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Food is really good

Food:

$10ish sake bombers. Out of octopus, they should have been out of mackerel and salmon too. Not great. Stick to mom and pop sushi.

They dont honor open table reservations! Made reservation, got here and said they dont honor if made within last two hours. Why did it let me make a reservation then? waited probably 5 minutes,so why say that? service was great.

Shitty... sat down and waited. Server was two tables away taking an order and walked away without acknowledging us. Then bartender walked by... no acknowledgement. Waited.. bartender comes by mumbles something which might have been an acknowledgement. Waited... server 'Craig' rolls up. Doesn't apologize for the wait until we mention we were ready to walk away. Then asks us if we are ready to order. We indicate the absence of menus. No apology even though we were clearly agitated... just told us most people order off of the happy hour menu. Great upselling... Great customer service... we walked. I think Kong Grill is a bit over priced any way but I at least expect half-way decent service.
