This meal was despicable, I was told this restaurant was the best in town. I also wasn't a fan of the shortages on soft drinks and spaghetti. One of my fellow WorldStrides said that the herbs in the bread got stuck in his teeth and overall the bread was stale. We were only given one small napkin to use and I never got to see my waiter to ask for more.

I would only recommend this restaurant to people who are huge fans of un-tasteful bread and salad with lettuce and dressing only. The only positive of this meal was the Alfredo. It wasn't the best ever, but it definitely wasn't bad. Although, the dessert was the best thing I ate, and it was two Oreos.

Thank you for reading this and I hope you take this into account the next time that you are thinking about where to go for dinner.

Sincerely,

WorldStrides

P.S. No garlic bread

I would say this place is very deceiving. It seems like a very nice restaurant from the outside but the food was not good at all. The service was not good at all either... So two main things in a restaurant, let's just say NO. I ordered a Sauvignon blanc, it tasted like it came from a box. I also ordered a shrimp and scallop scampi with angel hair pasta... Quite honestly it was easily the worst pasta I've ever had. It looked like worms and the scallops were way overdone as well as the shrimp. Now our server just looked completely stressed out the entire time and was not polite. I'd say choose another place because it is not enjoyable at all.

Food mediocre at best. Burnt meatballs. Service abysmal. Forgot my appetizer, poor dress and manners, slow, attitude, mixed up our checks... Go somewhere else!

The food was ok. The service was quite possibly the worst I've ever encountered. Dined here with a party of 10 on 10/24/2015.

They had our reservation, but didn't have a table ready. After 30 minutes of waiting in a awkward lobby area with little to no seating and being mostly ignored, we were seated. No napkins, no water, no bread. No server.

Server finally appeared after five long minutes and passed out small paper cocktail napkins and promptly left. Server reappears a few minutes later to take drink orders. Although we asked for all three, we still had no bread, no water, and no napkins. We did have some silverware though.

A busboy finally brought a couple bread baskets. The bread was amazing. To be fair, it was now coming up on an hour after our reservation time, so we were pretty hungry. No napkins, No water. I got up and stole napkins from nearby unoccupied tables. Busboy confusion ensues.

Water arrives. We drink!

Our drinks came - one was wrong and had to be sent back. We devoured the small bread portions, but there was no food or more bread to be found. Out of water now too.

When the food was delivered, the poor guy had a tray full of plates, but couldn't find a home for two of them. We worried that two of us would have to wait for the correct order. Luckily it seems that it was some other poor table that was missing their food as our two plates appeared shortly.

Food was delivered before the appetizers. Appetizers never showed up at all.

Food was alright. Not amazing, not terrible.

It was more than 40 minutes from the time we were seated until we got our food. Water never refilled. We tried to snake a pitcher from a serving station, but it was iced tea (we think).

Before the check came, we asked for the appetizers to be removed from the bill. The server asked if she could bring them now instead. What? No, you can not bring them now, we want to leave. The check was delivered promptly, of course, not like our napkins, water, appetizers, meal, or bread. We were charged for the appetizers that never came. Sent the check back. Check was re-delivered. Two appetizers still on the bill. WTF? Sent the check back again. Check was re-re-delivered. Did I mention we were a party of 10? They felt obligated to add a gratuity of 18%.

Ridiculous.

Overall fantastic experience. My friend and I went in not quite knowing what to expect, and we were blown away with the cocktails and wonderful service. Five Stars!
