I have enjoyed food and drink several times now at this Caridad on 163 and Amsterdam. There are never any problems and people mind their own business. With a few dollars, I play some Latin music and drink my water or beer depending on the mood. And if not, they have a small counter where you can sit at a stool, have a cafe, and chat with one of the women. They will not ignore you, just be honest and real. They will see right through you. : )
