This has been a family favorite for about 6 years. We enjoy the patio seating in the evenings and during the cool winter afternoons. The wait staff is always friendly and the chips and salsa are delicious. If I have one complaint it would be that the parking lot is not paved. It gets my nice shiny black tires really dirty.

Food is terrible and the place is ran down, wasted vacation time that I can't get back

La Casa Blanca is a wonderful restaurant that serves authentic Mexican food as well as a few other small selections. I went to lunch there on October 15th, 2015, and the service was impeccable. As soon as my party and I walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile. We were asked the size of our party and were immediately shown to a booth to sit down, located near a window with an aesthetically pleasing view of the patio.
The atmosphere of La Casa Blanca is best described as comforting. The style is friendly and entertaining without being garish or any kind of displeasing. The booths are comfortable and the bathrooms are well kept. The parking lot is gravel but located completely adjacent to the restaurant, and parking is ample for any size group of guests. The landscaping of the restaurant is well groomed and in accordance with the natural dressings of the desert, and it welcomes any local Arizonan seeking great nourishment.
I ordered a Chile Verde Chimichanga, a combination of two of my favorite Mexican delicacies. My companion ordered a Chile Verde burrito with a side of rice and beans. These were prefaced by a complimentary bowl of chips with salsa and bean dip, which I highly commend but also recommend saving room for your hearty entree- most of which hover in price around eleven dollars or so. Drinks and dessert will cost a dining couple around seven dollars total, so the bill will come around twenty-eight dollars, just as the bill did for me and my companion. Our tip was four dollars, so our grand total came out to thirty two dollars. For a three course meal and drinks, the price is extremely competitive and really proves a quality meal can be affordable.
Our overall experience at La Casa Blanca was amazing, and is all owed to an incredible wait staff that made our dining experience what it was. They were quick with the food and with the bill and were very kind in their exchanges with all diners. As we left, one employee thanked us for coming with a great big smile and the image still leaves me humbled.

Good Mexican food, Sonora style with there own variations. A step up from Garcia's and Serrano's.

Wonderful food. I'm pleasantly surprised each time we visit that there isn't a wait. Food this good should be enjoyed by more people. We love it!
