My experience was awful, the owner is an arrogant. Our enchiladas were very bad and asked politely if we can have something else. He said “NO” and is he that hard up for $6 dollars. He was the owner for crying out LOUD! If I would have been a different race he would have taken better care of the situation. Maybe I should have said that in front of the other customers maybe then he will accommodate. I would tell all coworker at AT&T NEVER TO GO THERE AGAIN! TOTALLY BAD MANAGEMENT !

I work in the northwest part of the loop and I have to hit this place up at least once each week. Why? The pork is absolutely addictive and fantastic! I almost always get the "tacos dinner" ... 3 tacos: pork, onion, cilantro, onion, tomato, on a corn tortilla (authentic!) with a small side of rice and beans for about $8. Add an order of chips and salsa and you're still under $10.

The "decor" isn't fantastic... but that's not why people go there anyway. The guy working the cash register (who I think is the owner) is extremely personable and efficient. He keeps that place running like a well oiled machine... which is fortunate because this place gets**BUSY** during the lunch hour.

They also have outdoor seating in the summer, which is nice.

Great, fast, and authentic. Some of those 'uncleanliness' reviews were from awhile ago. This place really is very good AND clean. People...try the pastor. It's slow roasted, marinated pork and it's delicious. The service is excellent, and the owner is very nice. No tip required, as they bring your food to you within 5 minutes (MAX), all with chips and salsa verde and roja (red).

Best quesadillas and tacos in the city. Whoever thinks this food is bland, go to chipotle and shove that cardboard-tasting food in your mouth before making a judgement. You want great street-style mexican food- go here.
