02/07/2016 5:24 pmThe 40-year longevity "speaks to customer approval" of this "intimate" and "enduring" Lakeview kitchen offering "reasonably priced" "classic French crêpes with high-quality ingredients" ("chocolate, chicken, whatever they are serving") plus a "good wine list to accompany them"; service is "friendly", and it "feels like a true Paris cafe" with a "gorgeous" garden "oasis in the spring/summer/fall." |

11/19/2015 1:01 pmEvery time I come to Chicago I make it a point to come here. The food is fantastic here. I am originally from Paris & I am always craving galettes. The wine and beer selection here is very good. Service is always great with caring waiters and waitresses. |

08/11/2015 11:45 pmDon't listen to him. I've lived in France. My French friends go here. It's wonderful food and not unreasonable for the price. I buy two every time I go so I have something to munch later or the next day. |

07/30/2015 9:25 pmGood, but... for one, nothing french here. The folding of the crepes gives it out real quick. The price is way out of hand. One crepe looking like a Flatbread for $11+? rolled, not folded. Could be much better. |

06/07/2015 2:14 amThe most authentic creperie in Chicago. The owner for 30 years, Germaine got some partners after shuttering the doors recently and but the quality remains the same and there are cocktails and new wines. I am a vegitarian and the buckwheat crepes with aparagus and fromage, or the ratatouille are awesome. The seafood is my family favorite. The desert crepes that remains my favorite is fresh strawberry, chocolate and grand Marnier! |

04/23/2015 8:09 pmThe food here is good, but could be a bit better. The prices are steep, but I get that it's French cuisine. I probably wouldn't come out of my way to go here, but wouldn't oppose going if others wanted to. |
