The best bread for over 20 years. Every time a family member is in Chicago, bread from this bakery is all we ask to bring back to Arizona. Exceptionally good bread here! Would recommend this bakery to everyone who likes good tasting bread!

This place is quite amazing and I find this to be a little gem in the neighborhood their baked goods are delicious and they have a vast varity to choose from so you won't get bored of the same item but as myself I have my faves that I never get bored of, and everything is priced right, I've been to the hipster bakery down the street that's all flash but no pizazz the service is horrible, the cup cakes are gross and the scones taste like saw dust and everything of course is over priced. So please try La Fama Bakery places like this in East Village are few.
