02/27/2016 1:25 amWhat a surprise ! This is some of the best Mexican food we have had. The Fajita meat is very good, the tamales are good, the enchiladas are wonderful, especially with the tomatila sauce. The beans are the best I have had at any Mexican food restaurant. The hot sauce was good,as well. |

06/08/2013 8:36 pmI asked if they had pastor burritos and the waitress told me yes but since its the weekend you have to pay $1 extra so I was fine with that, but when my food comes I get 2 tacos that looked like they were from taco bell and had ground beef and when I told her I ordered pastor she argued and told me "no you didn't" and said that the only meat they have is beef and chicken and that pastor can only be in a taco. I've been living in Austin for the last year ordering only in spanish at the restaurants I eat at and I have pastor burritos regularly and they take up an entire large plate. The next thing is that I paid $1.75 for a Dr. Pepper with no refills because it came from a can. I could have gone to the gas station next door and bought a can for 50 cents and drank that instead. Terrible food that I couldn't finish and way over priced with extremely rude service. What happened to "The customer is always right" ?? Never again will I step foot in that place. One and done. |

12/22/2007 8:53 pmThis is good solid inexpensive Mexican. Not too greasy or junky. It's not an ambitious or original restaurant, but it is good food served attractively by a friendly staff. This place is very popular with the staff and faculty of UT Arlington (at least until the University opened up its University Club restaurant). |
