Visited this restaurant with my wife. We waited 7 minutes to be seated and there where more than 5 tables available, while waiting to be seated we where told by 3 different waitress to give them a minute and they would sit us down. After getting tired of waiting my wife approached one of the waitress and asked who was going to sit us down it was then that they walked us to a table. After ordering the food the disappointment was worse, I've only been in Texas 2 years, all my life I've spent in Puerto Rico. The food is horrible and overpriced I ordered the carne frita with trifongo and every thing was super greasy, cold and undercooked. My wofe ordered camarones a la criolla with rice and beans, the beans had no flavor and el arroz was amogoyau !! Will never ever recommend this place or go back to it. Hope this review helps.

My wife and I ate here the other night. The food was fantastic. I had the Mofungo with fried pork and my wife had a pressed steak sandwich sort of like a Cubano. The place was clean including the restrooms. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because they were rather busy the night we came and we got a bit neglected by our waitress. They appeared a bit understaffed at the time but I will definitely return.

Customer service is horrible! Once seated, told by the waitress the best thing for us to do was to eat the buffet because the kitchen was backed up! Told her we were ready to order and she dismissed us, sent the busboy to the table telling him she had warned us but we didn't listen. The disdain in her voice was almost tangible. My wife went to use the bathroom and there wasnt toilet paper. she let the same lady know, and was dismissed again. When the lady went to use the bathroom she brought the toilet paper instead of getting it to my wife who went to use the bathroom before her, thank goodness for baby wipes. An hour later the food comes out cold as ice, we left as soon as we could but it took 10 minutes to pay as the bill collector was on the phone, and you couldn't pay if someone was on the phone, it shared the same line. The younger waitress and busboy were charming and pleasing, but the older waitress should not be serving if she's forgotten that the customer is there to pay for service, not attitude

I ordered the rope Vieja. Since they don't have Carne guisada. Fabulous taste.
